The 7 Deadly Thoughts: A Young Adult Journey Through Lent

This seven‑week Lenten programme invites young adults into a reflective exploration of the “deadly thoughts”; patterns of thinking that can limit our freedom, distort our relationships, and diminish our joy. Rooted in Ignatian spirituality, each session offers space to notice these patterns with compassion and to discover the life‑giving antidotes that help us grow.
